Galder was born and raised in the Basque Country. He received his Bachelor's Degree in International Business. He began working in film production, participated in the production of dozens of feature films. Three years later, he made a definitive leap into directing, where he revealed extraordinary abilities to create powerful and emotional images with a human touch from the most ordinary situations. Galder spreads his particular style in different genres such as narration, humor, lifestyle, cartoons, sports or children's.
In addition to television commercials, Galder has also directed two short films, "913" and "The House On The Lake", both receiving multiple awards at international film festivals. In 2019, his first feature film as a director, “El Hoyo”, was released, collecting multiple awards from renowned festivals such as Sigtes Film Festival, Toronto Film Festival, Fantastic Fest (Austin, Texas), etc.
Galder is based in Bilbao, Spain.
